Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order invoice/confirmation) must be provided.
Products sold at a discount or final sale may be non-returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or product integrity reasons, the following items may be non-returnable unless defective:
Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage
Ball packs once opened
Gift cards and vouchers
Custom or personalized products
Return Process
To return an item:
Contact our Customer Support within 03 days at sarmadsarwar@rocketmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the next steps for your return.
Returns should be shipped back to us at your cost, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
